Campaign Dashboard & Reports are able to be generated once a Campaign has been approved

Accessing Campaign Dashboard & Reports

  • Click on the 'Reports' icon in the upper right hand corner of your Dashboard
  • You will see a green check icon under the name of the approved Campaign showing that it's completed. Click on "Open report" to get the metrics and data.
The Campaign Dashboard has 3 tabs: Analytics, Content, & Approval

Analytics is where brands can view the success of the published campaign posts. Analytics are broken down by the following metrics: 
  • Filter By Platform - All of the social media platforms that were used for the campaign.
  • Filter By Influencer - List of the influencers that were part of the campaign.
  • Total Posts - Total number of posts across all social media channels.
  • Total Reactions - Total number of likes, comments, and shares across all the posts.
  • Total Reach - Total number of unique viewers of posts.
  • Total Impressions - Total number of Views of posts
  • Engagement Score - % of followers reacting to the content
  • Total posts generated for Campaign - Breaks it down by day how many post were generated and breaks it down based on the social media platform.
  • Performance by Platform - Breaks down in % what social media platforms were used the most. 
  • Performance by Influencer - Break down in % the total post generated for the campaign based on the Influencer.
Content is where brands are able to view the published social media and blog posts by the influencers. The Content tab can be managed via the following ways:
  • Date Range - Filter all published posts by any selected Date Range.
  • Sort By - Sort post results by the Latest [published], Reactions total, and number of Impressions. 
  • Filter By Platform - All of the social media platforms that were used for the campaign.
  • Filter By Influencer - List of the influencers that were part of the campaign.
  • Click directly on the post to be redirected to the platform. 
  • View the Campaign tags associated with the Campaign. 
Approvals is where brands can view new posts, monitor pending changes to previously submitted posts, and view approved posts. The Approvals tab can be filtered by both Platform and Influencer. Approvals are managed via the following stages:
  • New - View newly submitted posts by influencers.
    • Activity & Comments - View the activity timeline of the influencer submitting their post and make any comments which you would like your influencer to see. 
    • Request Changes - Inform your influencers of any changes that need to be made in regard to their post. This will push the post to the Pending Changes stage.
    • Approve - Approve the post submitted by your influencer. This will push the post to the Approved stage.
  • Pending Changes - View posts that have had changes previously requested.
    • Activity & Comments - View the activity timeline of the influencer submitting their post and as well as any correspondence between brand and influencer. 
    • Request Changes - Inform your influencers of changes still need to be made in regard to their post. 
    • Approve - Approve the post submitted by your influencer. This will push the post to the Approved stage.
  • Approved - View all posts that have been marked as Approved and ready to be published by the influencer. 
    • Activity & Comments - View the activity timeline of the influencer submitting their post and as well as any correspondence between brand and influencer. 
    • Unapproved - Mark a previously approved post as unapproved. 

Exporting Reports

  • You can Export to Excel, Print to .PDF, or digitally share your Reports via email by using the icons to the right of the Report page.
